Yes, for your peace of mind, we are fully insured.

Our primary services focus on dogs, but we’re also happy to care for cats and small pets (rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, etc.) upon request.

Yes! We customize care depending on age, energy levels, and special needs. Puppies may need more potty breaks and playtime, while senior dogs may require gentle walks and medication.

All team members go through background checks, pet first aid/CPR training.

Dog Walking

We offer 30-minute and 60-minute walks depending on your dog’s needs.
Only if they’re from the same household. We proudly only offer solo walks so we can give one-on-one attention to your dog so they get the full care they deserve.
Safety is our priority. In extreme conditions, we’ll shorten outdoor time and substitute with indoor play and potty breaks, or rearrange if you prefer.
We’re experienced in handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Just let us know if you use a harness, special collar, or training technique.
Yes! Just ask us during the free meet & greet.

Dog Sitting & Overnight Care

Yes, we offer overnight sitting so your dog can stay comfortable in their own environment.
Absolutely—oral and topical medications can be given at no extra cost. Please provide clear instructions.
Yes, we can bring in mail, water plants, and make your home look lived in. We’ll also leave it clean for when you arrive back home.
Yes, we can do multiple visits per day for feeding, walks, and playtime if overnight care isn’t needed.
No, your dog will be with the sitter throughout the whole night.
We specialize in in-home care only.

Safety & Policies

Yes, we schedule a free meet and greet to get to know your dog and ensure they’re comfortable with us.
We keep your emergency contacts and vet information on file. In urgent situations, we’ll act quickly and keep you informed.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Please review our cancellation terms before booking.
We’ll discuss your dog’s behavior during the meet and greet. If your dog needs special handling, we’ll work with you to create a safe plan.
We’ll contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your dog to your preferred vet (or the nearest emergency vet).
Yes, but only if you’ve signed and agreed to this on our contact form.

Booking & Payment

ou can book through our website, social media, or by calling/texting us directly.
We will send you an invoice and a payment link. Payment is due 48 hours prior to the service day required.
At this moment in time, we don’t.
For daily walks, 48 hours is usually fine. For sitting or holidays, we recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead.
We’ll do our best to accommodate! Last-minute or holiday bookings may include a small surcharge.
Yes, peak times may have an additional fee. Rates will be shown before you confirm your booking.

Extras & Special Requests

We’re not professional trainers, but we can reinforce basic commands like sit, stay, and leash manners during walks.
Yes, food and water refresh are included free with every visit.
Yes, we can water plants, adjust lights, take out trash, and bring in mail or packages.
